These Terms govern your download, installation, and use of the StockZ mobile app on iOS and Android, including AI-powered market intelligence, push notifications, and premium subscriptions.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account in, or using the StockZ mobile application available on iOS and Android (the "App"), or by visiting stockz.app and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StockZ ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the StockZ App and any related websites, APIs, features, content, push notifications, and subscription services we provide.
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is also subject to the applicable store's terms and policies, including their payment, refund, and subscription management rules.
About StockZ
StockZ is an AI-powered investment intelligence mobile application that helps you track market-moving global events in real time and understand how those events may affect publicly traded companies.
The Service may include, among other features:
Real-time event analysis — A continuously updated feed of global news and events that may move financial markets
AI-generated insights — Automated summaries and analysis of how events may impact specific companies and sectors
Stock impact scores — AI-generated impact ratings (on a scale from -100 to +100) indicating anticipated positive or negative effects on individual securities
Anticipated movers — Company-level breakdowns showing symbols, industries, and reasons behind predicted market movement
Push notifications — Alerts for high-impact or market-moving events delivered to your device
Event detail views — In-depth event summaries with links to original news sources
Premium subscription features — Enhanced access to analysis, alerts, and other capabilities as described in the App
Important: StockZ is an informational and educational tool only. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. StockZ is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or registered financial institution. All information and insights provided through the Service are for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, or other financial instrument.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, StockZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:
Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App or any part of the Service
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or your access to the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the App or Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by StockZ and its licensors. The App is licensed to you, not sold.
Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your country or jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. By using StockZ, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The Service is intended for users who are interested in market news and investment-related information. StockZ does not verify whether you are a qualified or accredited investor, and availability of the Service does not imply that any investment activity is suitable for you.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" will refer to both you individually and that organization.
User Accounts
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account using your email address and a password. You may also need to verify your identity through a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email.
When you create an account with StockZ, you are responsible for:
Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
Providing accurate, current, and complete registration and profile information
Protecting your login credentials and not sharing them with any third party
All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not
Keeping your contact information up to date so we can reach you regarding your account or the Service
You agree to notify StockZ immediately at info@stockz.app of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. StockZ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.
You may update your profile information and manage certain account settings within the App. You may also request deletion of your account through the App settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
AI Generated Insights
StockZ uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automated systems to analyze publicly available news, market data, and related information to generate event summaries, impact scores, anticipated mover lists, and other analytical outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated insights are produced automatically and may not be reviewed by a human before being displayed
Outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or outdated information
Impact scores (including ratings from -100 to +100) are predictive estimates only and do not guarantee actual market performance
Past correlations between events and stock movements do not guarantee future results
You should perform your own independent research and due diligence before making any financial decisions
All investment and trading decisions are solely your responsibility
StockZ is not liable for any investment losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content
AI outputs are not a substitute for professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, or legal professional before making investment decisions.
Market Data & Notifications
You Market and news data. StockZ aggregates and displays information from third-party news sources, market data providers, and publicly available financial information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any market prices, company data, news articles, or source links displayed in the App. Delays, interruptions, or errors in third-party data may occur.
Push notifications. If you enable push notifications, StockZ may send alerts about market-moving events, high-impact news, subscription updates, and other Service-related messages to your device through Firebase Cloud Messaging and similar services. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings at any time. Disabling notifications may limit certain features of the Service.
Device permissions. The App may request permissions on your device as needed to operate, including internet access, network state, push notifications, and (on some platforms) camera access for payment card scanning during subscription checkout. You may deny certain permissions, but some features may not function properly without them.
Links to third-party news sources are provided for reference only. StockZ does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or publication.
Subscription Terms
StockZ offers auto-renewable subscription plans (such as monthly and annual options) that provide access to premium features within the App. Available plans, pricing, and features are displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
Apple App Store (iOS). If you subscribe on an iOS device:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current rate of your selected plan
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies. StockZ does not process App Store subscription refunds directly
Google Play Store (Android). If you subscribe on an Android device:
Payment is processed through Google Play or our authorized payment processor (such as Stripe) as indicated at checkout
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period in accordance with Google Play policies
You can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions through your Google Play account settings
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies
General subscription terms.
Promotional codes or discounts may be offered from time to time and are subject to their specific terms
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
We may change subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice where required by applicable law or store policies
Failure to pay applicable subscription fees may result in suspension or loss of access to premium features
Free Trial
StockZ may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, the duration and eligible features will be specified in the App at the time of enrollment.
The free trial provides temporary access to premium features for the stated trial period
At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends
You are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
Free trial eligibility may be limited to new subscribers or specific regions, as displayed in the App
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems or networks
Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without prior written consent
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means (including bots or scripts) to collect data from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, APIs, or infrastructure supporting the Service
Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other malicious software
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Misuse, misrepresent, or commercially exploit AI-generated content in violation of these Terms or applicable law
Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or any other unlawful trading activity
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law and store policies.
Intellectual Property
All software, source code, object code, trademarks, logos, designs, AI models, algorithms, databases, graphics, text, user interface elements, and other materials comprising or made available through the Service are owned by StockZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The StockZ name, logo, and related branding may not be used without our prior written permission. Third-party company names, stock symbols, and logos displayed in the App belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
These Terms grant you only the limited license described in Section 3. No ownership rights or other licenses are transferred to you.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services to operate, which may include:
Apple App Store — For app distribution and in-app purchases on iOS
Google Play Store — For app distribution on Android
Firebase (Google) — For push notifications and related messaging infrastructure
Stripe — For payment processing on certain platforms
News and market data providers — For financial news, pricing, and market information
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies of those providers. StockZ is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. We do not control and are not liable for any third-party websites, content, or services linked from the App.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
StockZ makes no guarantee or warranty regarding:
The accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of any information, news, market data, or AI-generated insights
Service uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access
That the Service will meet your requirements or produce any particular investment outcome
Investment results, financial performance, or profitability of any kind
Investment Risk Warning: Investing in securities involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Market conditions can change rapidly. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only invest what you can afford to lose, and seek professional advice suited to your individual circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOCKZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Lost profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
Investment losses or financial damages of any kind
Business interruption or loss of goodwill
Loss of data, content, or information
Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, market data, or third-party sources
IN NO EVENT SHALL STOCKZ'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STOCKZ FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
StockZ may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and the license granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including the license restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and intellectual property provisions.
Termination of your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage subscription cancellation separately through the applicable store.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information — including account details, device identifiers, usage data, and push notification tokens.
By using StockZ, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully at https://stockz.app/privacy-policy.
Changes to These Terms
StockZ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscriptions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where StockZ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where StockZ operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law (including consumer protection laws in your country of residence).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STOCKZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Lost profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
Investment losses or financial damages of any kind
Business interruption or loss of goodwill
Loss of data, content, or information
Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated content, market data, or third-party sources
IN NO EVENT SHALL STOCKZ'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STOCKZ FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
StockZ may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service and the license granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including the license restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and intellectual property provisions.
Termination of your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage subscription cancellation separately through the applicable store.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information — including account details, device identifiers, usage data, and push notification tokens.

Changes to These Terms
StockZ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscriptions.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where StockZ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where StockZ operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law (including consumer protection laws in your country of residence).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
